redredvine
If I've filed for my I-140/I-485 concurrently under EB-1 (my dates are current) and my I-140 is pending approval, can I add my spouse to my application? What if my I-140 got approved between the time I add my spouse and now, will I still be able to add my spouse? Thanks! Link to comment
pontevecchio
Spouses do not get added. They apply on their own. Now get a Lawyer involved and file her AOS also. Link to comment
redredvine
What if I already got the EAD and AP? Can the spouse still file? Link to comment
Raj_Chicago
Yes anytime as EB1 is always current, accompanied with I-485 application. Originally posted by redredvine: What if I already got the EAD and AP? Can the spouse still file? Link to comment
