Does H1B applicant need to have technical skills for a job to fall under specialty occupation ? Im going to work as a data analyst but my responsibilities would be more of providing solutions and not writing any code. Does this fall outside of specialty occupation ?

Infact they need to do paper work and prove yours is speciality occupation. These are pretty serious questions and impact your career and yours and your familys life. Do not depend on this forum for such things
