vsgajd Posted June 12, 2019 Report Share Posted June 12, 2019 Hi, I read online that USCIS mostly sends RFE within 3-5 months after submission. I submitted my I-130 more than 6 months ago. I now fear that maybe I should have included one more document. Is there a chance that I might still get an RFE ? Can I send additional document even without an RFE ? Quote Link to comment
