I-130 priority date for siblings

Hi,

My brother is an US citizen and has applied for me using the I-130 in December, 2008. He received a notice of action, I-797C in January, 2009 showing the receipt number EAC-xx-xxx-xxxxx, with received date January 06, 2019 and Notice date January 08, 2009. I have recently checked the case status online. It shows "On January 11, 2010, we received your Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative, Receipt Number EACXXXXXXXXX, at your local office." I am wondering which one is the actual received date  and what is the priority date for my case? Visa bulletin for June 2019 shows the current priority date is 01APR06. Does this mean that my case will be current approximately 4 years later? Thanks in advance.

PD for the F4 category for India is at present AUGUST,15. 2004. It should possibly take 5 more years or so for your PD to be current.

Is it the received date specified by the I-797C - January 6, 2009 or the date it shows on the website, January 10, 2011

The date the I-130 was filed which would be the date on the receipt. 2009
