ManuVemula Posted June 4, 2019 Report Posted June 4, 2019 Hello, I have my H1B approved for the FY 2020 COS but have to relocate back to India for the same employer. What are the chances of me coming back maybe in a couple of years through a different employer? Also, will there be any effect if I have to change the employer before October and activate the H1B instead of relocating? Thanks, Manu
