Is Stamping From New Employer Required If Old Stamping Is Still Valid ?

Hi,

I'd like to know if we can travel to India and back to the US with H1-B stamp from the previous employer or do we need to compulsorily get the visa stamp from the new employer before entering the US ?

You can use the existing valid H1 visa and the latest H1 petition to return. You do not need a new visa for every new employer.
