H1b Receipt Notice not received for the H1b extension filed

Hi All,

Have raised an H1b extension on 25th April and have not yet received the Receipt Notice for the same. My 1-94 is valid till 06/16/2019.

And my FedEx tracking number says it has been delivered to the Nebraska USCIS center.

Called the USCIS and they have confirmed that they received my application based on my SSN. but they don't have any clue about my H4 applications.

My employer filed all of them together and i could see that in the petition document. The USCIS agent mentioned that they can't discuss anything on my Receipt notice with the applicant (myself). I am wondering what ould be the reason for not sending me the Receipt Notice.

What all options i have now.  Can i stay legally and work till my issue is resolved with the USCIS or what should i do in this current situation to be able to stay here in US.

Was it in premium processing. Normally the immigration attorney who applied the petition will get receipt number by email. Contact them. I guess you need to wait but do research and have some backup plans just in case you donot get receipt number by 06/16...
