sac_h_in Posted May 31, 2019 Report Share Posted May 31, 2019 Hi My spouse was on H4 and had applied for a change of status from H4 to F1 on 03/30/2018, this got denied by USCIS last week . The H4 i94 has already expired in 01/16/2019. I want to initiate her H4 extension asap kindly advise what needs to be done. My H-1 extension is currently pending with USCIS for approval.
