6531 Posted May 13, 2019 Report Posted May 13, 2019 I have a situation where i need to work from Home and my current employer doesn't permit that . So, i got a new job where the employer is open for work from home option (but they do not have an office at my home town) and the employer is willing to File the LCA at their head office as primary work location and add my home location as secondary work location in the LCA. The Head office and my home are located in different states. My question is, 1) is this a safe option ? 2) I have an approved I-140, will having 2 work location in LCA have any impacts on the PERM process as i ll have to do it again with new employer ?
gopalakrishnach Posted May 14, 2019 Report Posted May 14, 2019 1) I feel safe 2) Your new employer needs to do I140 once again...
