Filing of LCA for H1B Amended Extension

Hi All,

What happens If a employer fails or missed to file LCA for a H1B employee after 2 weeks of the start date. 

1. Is there is a rule that we can file within 30 days of start date of the project ?

Just want your advise on the same, how to proceed further on this.
