urloggedin Posted May 4, 2019 Report Posted May 4, 2019 I currently have cap subject h1b and if i get transfer to cap exempt h1b which is non profit h1b will there be any issues? Also If i can transfer my h1b to cap subject employer in the future without going through lottery process as i already went through lottery process in past? Do i need to transfer it in limited years like 6 yerars etc? Anything i need to know (advantages or disadvantages), please suggest? if i apply h1b transfer and decide to not go for any reason? What happens to h4ead. Do i need to extend again with my current h1b when my current one is due for extension or it will be valid for 3 years if i get it in transfer process?
