Shilpadhole1 Posted May 3, 2019 Report Posted May 3, 2019 I am on H1 b and want to move back to L2 EAD. My husbands L1 has expid but we are on I94 and it is valid till 2020 . His company will apply for extn only six months before our I 94 expires). In this case can I move back to L2 ead? What is the process?

pontevecchio Posted May 8, 2019 Report Posted May 8, 2019 Is it a blanket L1? You can always apply for a COS from H1 to L2 based on his current I94.
