SPK83 Posted May 2, 2019 Report Share Posted May 2, 2019 Hi, My H1B Visa is in rejected status now. On behalf of current company I have filed petition and I recieved RFE initially. And later when I submitted with the required documents, the H1B Visa got rejected. The VISA validity period was till last May. Can I use the same lot and file for a new H1B VISA with a new employer. And if it is possible what all documents I need to get from the current employer/what are the procedures? Thanks, Link to comment
