2 H1B PETITION NUMBER in DS 160

Hi,

I recently married and have to process H4 visa for my wife. My current H1B visa expires by August 21, 2019

My H1B extension approved with start date as 22 August 2019.  my wife is planning to travel in June 2019

How to add these 2 petition number in DS 160 application ?

If your wife is planning to travel before Aug 21 19, use the current H1 Details. If your planning to get her after Aug then use the extended approved petition.

I personally feel you can use only one H1B petition number that will start 22 August 2019  since visa has just issue date not start date. This is just my personal opinion...

Will they give VISA only upto 21st Aug 2019 if i use my current H1B Details? if so how can i get that visa after 21st August 2019

So there is possibility to approve VISA from interview date. So i will get VISA from interview date to 3 years ?

Yes, they give you until 21 aug 2019 after that again she has to cross the country to get new i797 visa stamped. Better double check with attorney before you do this.
