Spasala Posted April 30, 2019 Report Posted April 30, 2019 I have an approved H1 visa for client A till August 2019. In April 2018, filed an amendment for Client B and received RFE in February 2019. The due date to answer the RFE is May 2019. Again in December 2018 another amendment was filed for Client C where the decision is still pending. Sometime in June 2019 extension amendment will be filed with client C. If the amendment with client B is withdrawn, can I still continue with Client C or should I go back to Client A?
adshah84 Posted May 1, 2019 Report Posted May 1, 2019 You can withdrawn amendment for employee B and keep working at Client C. Your attorney should able to answer this question.
