H1B without vendor letter

Hi,

My H1B extension is due on aug 2019. I got my client letter saying it is going to extend beyond 2 years and which is true. but my vendor is reluctant to give vendor letter to file extension as he don't have official po order for two years.

Can I file the extension with only client letter and is there any other way to answer rfe if they ask for vendor letter

ASk vendor to provide letter that states something like.... The assignment is ongoing one with a potential of extension for the next xx months
