pdoguparti Posted April 16, 2019 Report Share Posted April 16, 2019 If one is working in New York and moving to New Jersey(for New Project) then he/she dont need H1B-amendment since both are (New Jersey and New York) comes are same MSA area. Is it true? and also i have heard if old and new projects are in range of 50 miles also, then we dont need amendment? Is it true? Please let me know, as one of my friend is looking for amendment.
