Nanduforyou Posted April 12, 2019 Report Posted April 12, 2019 I have got my H1 B approved and my change of status has been denied on March 28,2019, at the same time my Sevis was terminated and then i requested my DSO to Activate my Sevis. As of today my sevis is currently activated and DSO mentioned that my CPT was also activated. As of Now i got some queries, Could you please help me with my queries as soon as possible.I really appreciate for the help. Thanks in advance. 1. Right Now Do i need to stay in this country or Do i need to go back to india for Stamping. 2. As of now My F-1 Sevis is active. I can stay in US on F- 1 Status ? 3. Can i find the New Job and Amend my H1 by staying here in US or else Should i Amend it using Counselor process and go back to india ? 4. What work Authorization can i use my H1 B approval( with change of status denial) or else CPT. Is it okay to Use CPT ? If i use CPT will i get 3 years bar ?
