Entered US with L1B - MAR' 2018

L1B TO H1B WITH COS:

December 2018 - Company A and company B applied H1B visa tranfer with COS.

March 2019 -  Company A petition and COS got approved with validity MAY 2019 to 2021.

March 2019 - Company B petition received RFE. 

QUESTION :

Will there by any impact on my approved company A petition, when USCIS takes decision on company B petition ??
