trav
Hi, I have a valid H1 and my H1 transfer with a new employer is currently filed in premium but I received an RFE. My H4 dependents are traveling to India during May. I booked an appointment for them using the details of my existing employer. I would like to know if it will be possible to change the appointment without having to pay new appointment fees and go for the interview using new employer approval if I receive my approval and H4 approvals before the interview date. Or, if they get the H4 stamped using old approval and we get the transfer approved before re entering the US, can they get the I-94 expiry with the new transfer approval. Thanks in advance Link to comment

They will update the appointment with the new DS-160 details. Link to comment
