NotAnAttorney Posted April 8, 2019 Report Posted April 8, 2019 It is legal if that's in the agreement. The verbiage and the amount looks like its a legit company but not a shady consultancy. What type of company is it? Are they not willing to negotiate on the fee?
JoeF Posted April 9, 2019 Report Posted April 9, 2019 Why did you even sign such an agreement??? Stay away from companies that want money for an H1. It is illegal for an employer to ask for money or reimbursement for an H1, and also for the fees, including lawyer fees, for the PERM LC for the GC. Next time, ask questions before you sign anything. Understand what you are signing.
