H1b to H4 Dropbox waiver eligibility

Hi,

My last visa I got stamped in my passport was H1b visa and it got expired in March of 2018. and then I have applied for COS to H4 which was valid till Feb of 2019 (my husbands I-797 petition was valid till Feb of 2019).

And my husband has applied for extension and got it approved and valid until 2022 and at the same time I also got my H4 valid till 2022. 

Now,I am going to India and wants to check if I am elible for Drop box or not.

No you are not. 

One of the eligibility criteria for drop box is last stamping also should be in the same class.

Also anyway your visa stamp has expired more than 1 year ago.
