Srini34 Posted April 2, 2019 Report Share Posted April 2, 2019 Hi, I am working in company A from past 5 years and recently they filled an amendment to work on their one of the client's after i was interviewed with them. But now I got another job in company B which needs an H1 transfer and they are saying I have to join them on receipt number this is because they can not file my visa transfer in premium processing while my amendment is in progress is this true? Is it safe to join on receipt number? Link to comment
