karthikpendyala
Currently I am on F1 OPT with employer A and employer A is filing for my H1B visa. Employer B offered me a job recently and is also filing for my H1B. Due to some unforeseen circumstances, I can't relocate and join employer B and therefore requested them to withdraw my petition on 03/29/2019. In case it is too late and the petition goes through, what are the problems I may encounter if my Visa from employer B gets picked and I am still with employer A. Does it affect my status and can I go out of status if my visa by a specific company gets picked and I am not employed with that company. PS: Both are reputed companies with good track records for filing H1B visas. My current company is in Atlanta and new company is in Seattle. I can't relocate due to complications in my health. If A is rejected and B is approved you cannot stay with A. If both A and B are approved. You can avoid joining B and they will revoked your H1B. Thats not an issue. Link to comment
