My Employer B filed my PWD in the 3rd week of January 2019 and haven't received any confirmation yet on the status. Now, Employer A want to take me as full time employee. So, can the Employer A transfer my PWD from Employer B? My H1 6 years term will complete by Sep 2020. So, please suggest me what options are feasible? Link to comment
