We are applying h1 for my wife (she did her masters in USA) andwhile this is in processing can I apply my h1 extension with h4 + ead in parallel. What would happen to her h1 if my h1 extension is approved before her decision is made and what would happened if my h1 is approved with h4 and h4 ead approved and also her h1 is approved what will be her status? Please suggest.

Please suggest. My suggestion would be to wait until June 1st week. If your wife's H-1 is picked they can process the COS to H-1 in premium starting May 20th 2019 as per USCIS. So you would know by June 1st week whether H-1 got picked and if picked what would be the result. Then you can decide based on that what needs to be done. You will still have lot of time after June to start your process. This will avoid lot of confusion.
