H1b Extension after I140 Approval

I worked for a Employer ( A ) and I have Valid Stamped VISA until Sep 2019 from Employer (A) , I changed my Employer(B) an year back  And i have Approved 1797 until Oct 2019. ( End of my 6 Year on my H1) -  my GC 140 is approved and My employer is Getting ready to file my H1B Extension for the same. and I am planning to go India for a vacation from June'19 to August'19. If i come back to USA on August mid , I will have another one month Valid Visa. SO the Question is What is the Best Option to Apply for H1 Extension ? Is it good if i come back to USA and apply for Extension in Premium or Its better to Apply well in advance before my Travel and GO for a New Stamping with new i797? PLease suggest

Better to apply well in advance and go for a new stamping.
