SHWSU Posted March 26, 2019 Report Posted March 26, 2019 Hello. I have a question regarding H1 B transfer. I am working for company A. I got two job offers form Company B and C. Can both companies B and C apply for transferring my visa ? Lets say both the transfer get denied or one of then can I still work for company A?
02112018 Posted March 26, 2019 Report Posted March 26, 2019 As soon as you get approval for B or C company, A is supposed to report to USCIS that you NO longer works for them. So if A reported then you can't work with him.
