I-140 Filed in PP

I filed my I-140 under PP in vermont Processing Center on Aug 11 /2011.

What's the approval time ?

The USCIS guarantees 15 calendar day processing of a petition or application, or it will generally refund the Premium Processing fee. If an RFE or NOID is issued on the petition or application, then a new 15 day calendar day period will begin upon receipt of the RFE (or NOID) response by the USCIS.

Thanks for murthy attorney for your clarification - I appreciate your time to respond my query .

I got a recent update on my I-140 PP .

USCIS is asking me to send the experience letters again. Is this an RFE ( OR NOID )?.

Is my case is still under pp consideration ?

Will USCIS Refund the money ?

In how much time I got to respond to this query .

Appreciate If any of us reply back - It would be great and I will be very happy to hear from you all.
