Regarding "previous work/education/training information": Provide your employment information for the last Five years that you were employed if applicable

what should my friend do? Here is her case.

 

She has been working with her currently employer with exactly for 5 years (second masters CPT and H1B).  And previously worked on OPT (first masters) with a different employer.

Question is does she have to include her previous employer information as well? because it before 5 years

Just last 5 years. Does not need to include anyting outside the 5 year window.
