Hello

I have filed I-140/NIW and I-485 concurrently (Dec 2019); just received a notice of EAD issuance.

I am thinking of changing employer while the I-140/NIW and I-485 is pending. I learned that it may be possible to move to the new job under O-visa (if the new employer petition for O-visa).

Any experience with this approach and any issues I have to be aware of? Is it safer to wait until the I-140 is approved, at least?
