Regards OM Premium Processing is resumed for all h1B categories since March 12. You can upgrade to Premium processing. Is your H1 extension at California service center? If so, its current processing time is 12-13 months. Highly recommended to upgrade! below is the processing timelines link(Select I-129) https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/home
JoeF Posted March 18, 2019 Report Posted March 18, 2019 Forget about admission at a school. First, real universities have application deadlines, second, it takes months to get admitted. Signing up with a fraud school would only make things waaay worse for you.
Provence Posted March 18, 2019 Report Posted March 18, 2019 Taking admission in school is only an option if you spend the many months it takes to get admitted to a reputable university, AND if you intend to study until a degree obtained. School is NOT an option just as a way to remain in the US. Do you know why there are such long USCIS processing times? In many ways due to the frivolous change of status attempts like the one you talk about. If the H1 is denied and the i94 expired, the US govt wants you to leave the country.
gopalakrishnach Posted March 18, 2019 Report Posted March 18, 2019 Go for premium processing. It is opened now for all H1B applications. You can decide based on decision...
