H1 terminated, h4 in processing. Chances of working?? ?

Hi all, 

my h1 was terminated mid last year as I was unable to work due to pregnancy and being the only caretaker of my child. But it’s still there until November 2019. 

Currently my h4 is under processing and my spouse has ead.

what is the best way to get back to work.  ?
