Santhosh Paul Posted March 14, 2019 Report Posted March 14, 2019 Hi. I got the RFE for my H1B change in job location and deadline for response is 14-mar-2019( ie. Tomorrow). When I sent the package of document for my response today (13-Mar-2019) and I had missed one document. Can I resend the package along with missed one or what I need to do now. Can you please guide.
Provence Posted March 14, 2019 Report Posted March 14, 2019 You, as an employee do not respond to RFEs; the employer's attorney does. Check requirements with them.
