Client changed within same MSA with same employer while H1B Extension is under progress.

My current VISA and I-94 is valid till June 2019.
My employer filled my extension on Feb 2019 and it is under progress. Note: The SOW is till DEC 2019
As of March 2019, I have been assigned to new client with same employer.

1. As my SOW of previous client has less terms, there are high chances of getting rejection and with current time line I may get the response only after my current VISA expiry. So should I file for premium and in which case even if I receive RFE can I send the new client details which will have higher terms.

2. Should I leave the current Extension as such and raise the H1B-Amendment using new client details even though it is withing same MSA.

3. Please let me know if there is any other suggestions.

If you just leave the current application, there are high chances that you will get the petition only till Dec 2019. You will have to apply again after 6 months and it will again incur expenses.

The best option would be to withdraw the current application immediately and reapply with the new SOW in PP. You will get the decision in 2 weeks.

If I were you i would have ask my employer to do new Amendment in Premium and once it's approved withdraw older one.
