SVani91 Posted March 13, 2019 Report Posted March 13, 2019 Hi! I am on H4. My employer is filing for a H1B this year. We have a pre-planned cruise trip from Orlando to Bahamas from April 5 - April 8. Can we still go on the trip with out having any impact on my H1-B decision, considering my H1 application will still be in process. Please advise.
rohit369 Posted March 13, 2019 Report Posted March 13, 2019 It may affect if you get a new I-94 when you reenter because they would have provided your current I-94 when they apply for H1. Please check with your attorney before your trip.
