H1B Extension premium processing issue

Hello,

I work at Company A. Company A was part of Company B when I joined in 2016 and in 2017, it came out and became a private company. My H1B Visa has Company B on it. Company A wants to file my H1B visa extension and when I asked them to file the amendment in premium processing, got the below response from our immigration firm.
          "The H-1B petition will not yet be eligible for premium processing, as it is not a petition that we can file without change with the same employer (current approval notice is in Company B's name) and the H-1B extension has not been filed on or before December 21, 2018.  We will update you if premium processing re-opens at a future date for this case type. 
"

Is there any possibility my amendment could be filed with premium processing ?
