RajSB Posted March 8, 2019 Report Posted March 8, 2019 I work for a product company and has branches all around US and outside. we don't service any clients or customers and its all in house product development. Is it possible to work from different branches of my company offices with h1 filed only one location as primary location? for ex: if my primary work location is Houston, Texas. Can I work 50% (10 days in a month) there and the remaining 10 days from Seattle, WA where our branch office is located? and does it require LCA or amendment to be done to support this? Again, this is pure product company and no client MSA is involved here. Thank you in advance for the inputs.
JoeF Posted March 8, 2019 Report Posted March 8, 2019 You would need an LCA that specifies all work locations. The company HR and their lawyer should know about that.
xTDx Posted March 8, 2019 Report Posted March 8, 2019 Yes, it will require LCA amendment in my opinion. Your work locations are in different states, obviously this warrants LCA to have all work locations listed.
