joshuah81 Posted March 7, 2019 Report Posted March 7, 2019 Have a situation where I got B2 Approved from Feb 11 2019 and expired on March 04, this month. Also have my 3 Yr H1B approved from Sep 2018 until 2021. B2 Approval came on Feb 19th and 3 Yr H1B Approval came on Feb 20th. Am I out of status by any chance ? Will there be any question in Consulate that I need to be aware ?
xTDx Posted March 8, 2019 Report Posted March 8, 2019 Do you have a i94 attached on last approved petition i.e h1b in your case ? If yes, you are in H1b status and i94 attached is your i94. If confused, better to call up a competent law firm for in depth review of your case and documents.
