I received an RFE in Nov 2018, I submitted RFE in Jan 2019. On Feb 25,2019 submitted request for Premium. I received a Petition Denial on Mar 4th, 2019. My I94 valid date is Oct 30th,2019 My I797 expired on Oct 08th ,2018 My GC I140 approved on Dec 20th, 2018 I am very uncertain about my career and I am not aware around my next options. Can I still work? What are my next options? I highly appreciate any guidance at this critical point of time.

If your I94 expires, should leave the country immediately, same or any other employer can file for another H1b with consular process. If your I94 is still valid, can stay here (no work) and same or any other employer can file for another H1b
Seeker21 Posted March 6, 2019 Author Report Posted March 6, 2019 Yes above dates are accurate. What is the difference between my amendment I797 expiry date and recent I94 validity date on the file? Which date is relevant in my case. Also is there a grace period for deportation?
