My Employer shared my rfe and asked me provide Speciality occupation, Organization chart and sow&client letter. Can anyone please share the suggestion and samples. My current visa going to end in the month of July 2019. If the Petition gets denied what would be the option? and also would USCIS provide Visa period based on date mentioned in the client end letter ? Thanks in advance for the reply.

Your employer must provide all those with legel immigration lawyer expertise. Atleast in this forum, I didnot see any samples. If the Petition gets denied what would be the option ? look for better employer and get H1B. nd also would USCIS provide Visa period based on date mentioned in the client end letter ? - It will play some part.

Is this a body shop consulting agency? Speciality occupation: Company attorney should have samples and based on your client job duties. Organization chart: Probably your company needs to give. I'm sure you cant provide your clients org chart. Would make no sense. sow: Your company client letter: Get this from your client. Visa date would be 90% based on client letter end date, unless SOW has something else
