Do we need to change the name on educational certificates (H4 EAD)

Hi,

I am on H1 visa, my wife is on H4 visa. She has H4 approved EAD also. We have changed her last name after marriage. 
She has all her immigration records with her new last name including new Passport, Visa, H4 EAD, Driving Licence..etc. 
But Her first passport was on her maiden name. In every immigration related documents, we mention her maiden name also (as other name). 
So I have a question related to her educational certificates. Do we need to change her last name on all her educational certificates. She would like to work now. Is that mandatory to work in USA? or can we continue as it is? Please clarify. thanks

No need to change any of that. And you can't, anyway, because a name change is not retroactive.

The fact is that before date A, the name was X, after date A, the name is Y. So, any documents before date A absolutely have to show the name as X. Common sense, really.
