B1 to H1 Change of status Stamping

Hi

I  entered US on B1 visa - its still valid till 2021. IN US my employer filed a petition for H1B got approved now. 

 

For stamping this new H1 visa - what are my best options?? 

I prefer :

1) Mexico

2) Canada

Yeah I was employed with an employer in India when I got my B1 in 2011. But I also have earlier H1b stamps, this will be my 3rd H1 stamping. working for 3 months now in US. 

IS Mexico good enough, as its probably a H1 extension based on my earlier H1 visa which expired back in 2006

You need to attend only in your home country.
