radhakrishnan Posted March 4, 2019 Report Share Posted March 4, 2019 Hi, Currently on L1A (4th year), if I apply for H1 Fresh cap FY2020 and get approved for H1 starting Oct 2019, I will have 1.5 years to complete the 6 year. Is 1.5 years good enough to file the labour, I-140 approved so I can stay beyond 6 years. Thanks in advance. Link to comment
