ddl1b1988 Posted March 4, 2019 Report Posted March 4, 2019 Hi, I am currently in USA in L1B visa from May'16. My initial approval was for 3 years till Mar'19. I have applied for extension for another 2 years. 1. I have a valid i94 till January 2021, in case my extension is rejected can I continue to work legally till my i94 date? My wife is pregnant so if my extension is rejected in last minute travelling is difficult, so I would like to know my odds. Please advise.
