suresha Posted February 28, 2019 Report Posted February 28, 2019 Hello, I am working for company A, But they are not ready to start my GC process now. So looked outside and got an offer from another employee B. Now, H1B Transfer premium under suspension so company B is asking to join with the receipt number. And also they mentioned if H1B transfer gets rejected they can file it again or I can file with another employer C. Is it a valid statement ?. Can we file H1B transfer with C, after company B Transfer get rejected (I94 not expired). Your response and suggestion greatly appreciated
gopalakrishnach Posted February 28, 2019 Report Posted February 28, 2019 Yes you can join company B on H1B Transfer receipt. I smell that company is a consultancy firm. If it is a reputable company they will do paper work correctly and you will get it. Why a good company will advice you to join Company C if H1B rejected... Company can either apply for transfer or need to apply new H1B...
