Do we need 3 month pay stubs for new H1b application

I am currently on OPT work auth, I am going to join a new company on 18thMarch. This company has accepted to file my H1B application. When i was looking for required documents, it is mentioned that we need to have 3 months pay stubs, is it a mandatory document? Is it safe to change employer at this point of time.

That is not a requirement. What SUCKS is looking for is if tou are in valid status.

You need to fulfill the requirements of OPT.

For H1 transfers, i.e.g., for somebody already in H1 status, they look for proof that the person always got paid as per the H1 rules. That's what paystubs show.
