Sree3009 Posted February 25, 2019 Report Posted February 25, 2019 Hi, My name Sree and My Perm & I 140 had approved during 6 th year. After approvals, I had changed the job from company A to Company B. But my old employer (company A) was withdrawn I 140 before 180 days from the approvals. Now my H1b transfer is denied and moved back to India. Please clarify questions below. 1. Shall I use my Perm which is in certified-expired status to file H1b and remembered that I 140 was approved&withdrawn on this.?? 2. Shall I file I 140 on the same Perm? If yes, I can ask my employer to file it. 3.what is the H1b approval rate if I file from India? Thanks, Sree
JoeF Posted February 26, 2019 Report Posted February 26, 2019 You can not use the PERM to extend your H1.

If yes, I can ask my employer to file it. - As far as I know, you need new employer to file H1B and then do I140. You cannot use old I140. 3.what is the H1b approval rate if I file from India? - Nobody can answer this....Hope for best..
