H4 EAD Concurrent Filing

Hi,

My I-140 will be applied next week in premium and upon approval, my H1-B extension will be filed in premium as it expires within 90 days.

Can I apply H4-EAD along with my H1-B extension? If yes, what is the process? Any help is much appreciated!!

Only spouses on H4 (your i140 approved) can apply for H4-EAD. Do you mean to say that you want to apply h4-ead for your spouse , if yes ask your employer and their attorneys to file her h4 extension and h4-ead along with your h1b extension in premium. Probably all three petitions will be adjudicated in premium.
