Shiva8383
Hi Team, I got a specialty occupation RFE for Database Administrator role, during the reply do we need to submit client letter? please let me know?? Link to comment
Provence
The company attorney responding to the RFE should know what to submit. RFE response is the company/attorney's domain, not an employee's. Link to comment
02112018
If RFE insist for Client Letter then you do need it. But to be extra support though they did not ask, better to have it. Link to comment
xTDx
As a general rule, you always have to send client letter if available. Please work with your employers attorneys to reply to the RFE. They know what need to be sent. Link to comment

As far as i know, Many of these employee's don't have access to Employer/Company Attorney's. They are better of consulting attorney's on their own on these issues. Link to comment
san100
Hello Shiva You need your Employer/Attorney to submit expert opinion letters for RFE regarding Speciality Occupation. Next thing is wage level. You have a high chance of acceptance when wage is above 100k. For 85k-100k its a 50-50 chance. Below 75k, these days USCIS is simply denying the case. Make sure educational background of yours is in IT. I`m an DBA in H1B too, I got the same RFE as well. Goodluck on your approval. Link to comment
